COMPANY
THE HISTORY
Agricultural equipment is renewed every year and we are equipped with state-of-the-art computer equipment and software.
The Cesaroni company, conceived with the aim of managing, cultivating and managing its land, offers the quality products of the market for bottling Verdicchio Doc Classico and Classico Superiore dei Castelli di Jesi wine, and for sale through shops in the Marche, Emilia Romagna, and Umbria. Today the vineyard covers about 30 hectares. The goal, however, is 35 hectares. The vineyard is cultivated with new and modern cultivation techniques with low environmental impact. In the transformation from grape to wine, for over 8 years the company has been able to make use of the soft pressing of the grapes and the temperature control of the musts, as well as other technologies aimed at creating an excellent basic product. Particular attention is paid to obtaining a healthy product, free from both diseases and pesticides, through treatments and cultivation led by experts Stefano Cesaroni and Fabrizio Cesaroni.

The news about the Cesaroni Winery come together in a process of natural parthenogenesis, with the story of a family dedicated to the work of their land with the total identification in the culture and in the agricultural wine tradition of their region.
Wine (and the wines produced by Cesaroni) has an ancient history, acquired from the millenary local tradition and passed down from generation to generation with the daily practice of good work, until it becomes a profession and profession to be carried out with the wisdom of experience.

THE VINEYARDS
Generous and satisfying taste, the result of selected crops in vineyards facing north under the influence of brackish ventilation.
By natural vocation, the distribution of crops has selected its own settlements.
Thus the vineyards of Poggio have preferred hills and slopes for orientation to the north, benefiting from mild sea winds.
The family experience then led to the choice of particular cures and treatments with a low environmental impact that contribute to the quality of the grapes; the planting is regulated, according to the single vines, with the most suitable density for the best production.
